We are looking for people/businesses to sponsor our barrel races for the
2011-2012 racing season. This is our 4th year of shows and we are now
IBRA (International Barrel Horse Association) approved for both Michigan
and Indiana.
We have invested a great deal of effort in promoting these shows. We have
developed the website to focus on the barn events. Our website link is on
the IBRA website, Saddle Up Magazine, and various barrel horse racing
e-sites, Facebook, Twitter, Pure Michigan, Yahoo Local, Hot Frog, Manta
and many others. We are published in the Edwardsburg Voice. We are an
Edwardsburg Chamber Member. We have over 500 contacts we mail fliers
to. Our fliers are also available for pick up in local businesses and feed/tack
stores.
Our events average 125 people with the November and March events
significantly more. We draw from a 40 mile radius of the barn. We have a
loyal following of day riders that frequent the barn on non-event days.
Would you consider sponsoring a barn sign for $100 to stay in our barn
from Nov. - Apr. (our barrel season). Along with that, your website could be
linked to ours and also promoted on our Facebook page. You would be
announced as a sponsor at all events. You would be free to bring your
business to my barn (if applicable), hand out coupons, offer door prizes, or
whatever would help to promote your business.
